My name is Gary Brothers, Broker/Owner of Brothers Real Estate Consultants. Having been in real estate for 30 years, I wanted to develop a web site that would help my clients find the best waterfront. When I was diagnosed with Dystonia (making talking difficult) I decided to use my expertise and the web to sell waterfront real estate. With the help of my team,* [Alice DeBellas: photographer and Nick DeBellas: web systems designer] we developed this web site to promote waterfront real estate and become your waterfront source. In my spare time I fished and boated many of the major rivers and lakes in the state of Oregon, Montana and Idaho. With Northwest Waterfront Real Estate you are able to check out not only the homes and land but also see attractive pictures of most of the major rivers or lakes. There are some beautiful places on water in Montana, Idaho, and Oregon. I have chosen to make this information FREE to everyone as  I want this web site to be of value in your search for waterfront property. I was born in northern Montana and have divided my residency between Montana and Oregon. I graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.S. degree. After graduation I coached and taught for 5 years before getting involved in real estate.  Prior to opening my own company, I worked and trained with several large real estate offices including Re/Max and Coldwell Banker. Over the years I have enjoyed recreation on the Rogue, Umpqua, Deschutes, Willamette, Williamson, Metolius and many other major rivers and lakes in the state of Oregon.

I have lived and worked in Camas Washington (our next endeavor, Southern Washington rivers), Eugene, Cottage Grove Sun River, in Oregon and Whitefish, Kalispell, Libby, Hamilton, and grew up in Havre in Montana. I know these and surrounding areas.  I know western Montana, I have listed and sold homes, land and recreational property on Flathead and Whitefish Lakes and Libby/Yaak area.  I will provide you with insight on waterfront real estate few can duplicate. In areas I lack experience I know the best agents that will do a good job for you.
