Salem is close to Eugene and we will include listings on the Willamette in that area too.The Willamette Valley is the hub for the two main rivers of the area, the Mckenzie and Willamette Rivers. Both run through or on the borders of the two cities of Eugene and Springfield. These rivers are boatable and receive nice runs of Salmon and Steelhead. The rivers have Cutthroat and Rainbow Trout with some Bull Trout.
There are several smaller creeks such as Fall Creek, Mohawk and Blue River we did include in our search. We also have included Cottage Grove in which the Coast Fork of the Willamette and Row River's flow near by.
There are several lakes also such as Fern Ridge Lake and Dexter which have homes. We have active listings with water on our web site including Junction City, Oregon as well as the Oakridge area which are included in these waterfront stats.
