The real estate market is sputtering in general. The closer to water (river or lake)you are the more desireable and it costs more. Prices in general are softening alot but there still some going up on waterfront properties. This is a great time to negotiate for property that could be a vacation home or a second home as well as full time dwelling. It is very important to list homes at prices that can be justified with comparable sales. Obviously, the type of river front access as well as the amount of frontage is very important. The size of the acreage is also a factor. The improvements are the easy part at arriving at fair market value. Go to my web site to see listings and beautiful pictures of the Flathead and Swan area. www.NwWaterfrontRealEstate.com |
