The demand for waterfront was high for a quite awhile. Listings upon the Kootenai River near Libby as well other areas are now softening. This area was popular as prices were lower than either direction, east or west from Libby. Listings priced under $350,000 seemed to sell the quickest. The beauty of the area and mild climate has been discovered. I am seeing sellers and brokers lowering their prices way down as compared to what they were just a year ago. It will be interesting to see how it shakes out. There are many listings with creek front homes we include on our site. Smaller lakes are also placed on our waterfront web site.See Hundreds of lovely pictures and listings on www.NwWaterfrontRealEstate.com-They can be found by scrolling from A-Z!
