The Bull River in Northwest Montana begins its journey at the southeast corner of Bull Lake,elev.2400.It flows into the Clark Fork River at Cabinet Gorge Reservoir near the Idaho border,elev.2175. The Bull River is commercially navigable from a point south of Bull Lake to its confluence with the Clark Fork River.The river is a mix of slow flowing water at its source and picks up the last few miles into Gorge. In total the river is just over 26 miles long. The area is beautiful as there are Mountains on both sides of the river.The Cabinet Wilderness is to the east. A lot of game is in the area. Homes in the area are located on larger pieces of land with very few available and most are away from the river as it can spill its banks. Homes are located on the East Fork and homes are on both sides of the river as the forks join. Most homes will run over $300,000 if on the river.There are trophy homes as well.Acreages available will start over $100,000 because of there size.
